We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including suspected fraud, payment issues, or product availability errors.

Because of this, each order is unique and may require a dedicated production period.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidance and may vary slightly depending on demand, shipping, and production schedules.

Pricing & Payments

All prices shown on the website are listed in the displayed currency and may include or exclude taxes depending on your region and store settings.

Payment must be completed in full before production or shipping begins.

We reserve the right to update prices, product availability, and promotional offers at any time.

However, confirmed orders will always be honored at the price shown at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

We carefully prepare every order for safe delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by our shipping partners.

Returns & Refunds

Because our artworks are specially made for each customer, returns are generally not possible once production has started.

This includes made-to-order framed quote art, custom artworks, and products created in selected sizes or finishes.

However, we always want you to feel confident when ordering.

Where applicable, we may offer:

  • repair or re-framing
  • full refund in exceptional cases

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders may only be changed or cancelled before production begins.

As many products move into production shortly after purchase, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed.

Once production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
